a little more assistance would be helpful.

You may like advice on other logistics –
such as layouts, timings, AV, menus, entertaining, VIP priorities, interpreters, accommodation, travel or transport,
budgeting and billing arrangements, for example.

Perhaps an on-site co-ordinator may be needed
to provide back up for your own people,
dedicated and on call 24/7,
working behind the scenes to ensure
the smooth running of your event.

We will be pleased to facilitate any or all of this
– and more besides –

quoted on a pro rata fee basis,
according to the level of service you require.

We will always be there
however and whenever you need us
- and not when you don’t !
